It's been a long, long time since I have posted anything. That says both that I have had a lot going on since my husband died, and that life in general is busy. I worked for a year and 9 months and decided to leave in June 2016. Just decided I'd had enough of the working world! I'm sure you can relate.
What's happened -- a lot. Mostly I spent the first year after Roger passed doing jobs on the house. I had a nephew who lost his job and needed ta way to make some money for his own family needs, so I asked him to do some tiling, replace light fixtures for me, and work in my bathrooms to update them a bit. Once that was done and he found a job I went back to doing my own work, painting and continuing with my yard work that seems to have no end.
It's been years since I stitched, but since I am returning to it again, I decided to come back to my blog and update this as well. I'll be posting my new projects, and update pictures as I can so you an see what I have in progress, and any finishes if they come along.
I'll post my planned projects, and maybe a UFO that I hope to pick up and complete later this week, but have to get back to my routine here.
